Job Summary

In this role you will:
- Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
- Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
- Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
You dont need Employment Services experience we provide full training.
You will bring:
- Experience in customer service or a clientfacing role.
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured goal driven environment.
- A current drivers licence.
