WHO YOU WILL WORK


This role reports directly to the Director of Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations and will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Integrated Retail Marketing for Jordan North America Retail leading a high- performing team of Retail experts. In your everyday you will be a critical partner to establishing strong partnerships with Brand Marketing and Functional Marketing teams Partner Marketing & Direct Creative Operations & Production Events as well as external vendors and production agency partners. This role will partner with Nike Brand Planning & Operations Retail teams but drive distinction for the Jordan Brand.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Retail Marketing similar Marketing function Brand or will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training

  • Planning & Operations Retail Project/Program Management.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education experience or on hands training.

  • Inspires excellence through partnership and collaboration managing and leading through change.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tracks and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong acumen for process optimization and understanding of tools Airtable budgets andability to navigate a complex matrix and work with senior leadership on all aspects of the business.

  • Ability to evaluate and measure risk and results to help inform/drive decisions and learnings.

  • Understanding of retail landscape/marketplace store development brand experiences and activations.

  • Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering on time and within budget

  • Travel 25% of the time

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • You will lead the integrated retail marketing offense seasonal campaigns and workflows as well as foundationalneeds across our Nike Owned Channels Partner Accounts World of Flight doors and evergreen initiatives forthe North America marketplace.

  • CODE Marketing is the backbone of our operating system from concepts to execution.

  • This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end brand planning and operations for seasonal readiness and ensure retail is proactively integrated at the right moments and deliverables are met at key milestones and CODE gates to advance the work forward.

  • You will build connectivity between Nike and Jordan under our multi brand offense and identify efficiencies and opportunities that will strengthen our retail footprint to deliver the best experience for our Jordan Brand consumer.

  • As the Lead for our Brand Planning & Operations team for Jordan North America your ability to create clear paths for success orchestrate multiple seasons and workflow and ensure cross functional alignment will be critical to ensure our Nike Inc. brand standards are met and initiatives are delivered on time inscope and on budget.

  • You will develop best practices unlock new ways of working and master the fundamentals to develop resource and operating plans integrated workback schedules and platform management via Airtable for tracking of campaigns and budgets.
