Youwillempower our partners to trulygrow:develop strategies set up processes and make a difference by activating and supporting partners with smart marketing this independent roleyoullhave the freedom and responsibility to build partner marketing from the ground up and make a direct impact on our global ambitions.
What will you do
In this role you will truly shape partner marketing and ensure our partners can thrive. You will focus on setting up executing andoptimizingpartner marketing activities. Your key responsibilities:
- Build the partner marketing foundation;set upa global way of working.
- Implement andoptimizesystems including the new Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool (Zinfy).
- Onboard and activate new partners enabling them to successfully sellor implementour products.
- Expand the partner networkby setting up recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners aimed at increasing sharedpipeline.
- Establish the framework and strategy for partner marketing worldwide working closely with regional teams.
- Connectinternal and external stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration.
Profile
You are an entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys building something new and easily connects with a variety of stakeholders. You bring:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing preferably in IT software or technology.
- More than 2 years of experience with channel/ partnermarketing.
- Experience in setting up and implementing digital tools and systems ideally a PRM tool such asZinfy.
- A self-starting proactiveattitudeand the ability to independently set up processes.
- Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly master new systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English;additionallanguages are a plus.
