Property Technical Support Officer (Ref: PTSO)
Salary: 27859.52
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Bishops College/Hybrid
This role is based in the busy Property Services department. The postholder will provide a wide range of administrative and technical support to the property team and assist with the management of the Councils portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The duties will include:
Applicants should have GCSE passes in Maths and English at grade C (4) or above as well as an I.T or Business qualification. Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment and a background in property would be an advantage.
The successful applicant must be a hardworking team player able to apply common sense be numerate and literate with good written and interpersonal skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to use their own initiative to problem solve. A current valid driving license is essential.
The Council currently adopts a hybrid working pattern with at least 3 days office based.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
