Job Summary

Location:1067 Dillerville Rd Lancaster PA 17603
Pay:$34.25 - $38.04 (knowledge-based)
Shift: 2^nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:45P-10:45P
Shift Differential: $0.85 for all hours worked between 2:45P-6:45A

JOB DUTIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Work in accordance with NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and guidelines
Perform all types of mechanical maintenance including but not limited to changing bearings belts gears hoses chains pulleys and airlines
Welding and fire-watch
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical (electrical and mechanical for Multi-Techs) malfunctions on all facilities cushion vinyl line equipment and LVT Tile Line Equipment
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan
Install dismantle repair and reassemble equipment as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or 3 years of skill-related experience
Mechanical knowledge (hydraulics pneumatics hand tools and lubrication)
Manufacturing fabrication and welding experience (stick mig or tig)
Ability to work overtime holidays and weekends
Valid PA drivers license

Frequent travel up and down stairs repeatedly; repetitive motion of hands/wrists/fingers; concentrate and repeat the same physical activities over and over; move between different physical locations within and between buildings.
Occasionally lift up to 75 the normal course of work/travel operate mobile equipment
Occasionally push pull carry and maneuver heavy loads up to 50 lbs. with the use of assistive devices
Must be able to talk hear read write and comprehend English
Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Must have the visual acuity to read instructions operate machines and inspect product produced
Walking stretching bending stooping twisting reaching grasping and repetitive movements
