We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in Singapore and across Singapore. This role ensures high-quality after-sales support drives service revenue growth and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves managing a team of service professionals optimising operational efficiency and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experiences.

What Youll Do


Lead and manage a high performing service team to deliver high-quality maintenance and technical support for medical devices.
Drive service revenue through contracts upgrades and value-added solutions.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the escalation point for service issues.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align service strategies with business goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members

What Were Looking For


Diploma or Degree in Engineering Electronics Mechanical or related field
At least 3 years of experience managing Service Business in the medical device industry
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage diverse teams across SEA.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service management software
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Occasional travel when needed
