Job Summary
- Development of qualitatively and cost-competitive summer/all-season tires according to the customer and internal requirement.
- Coordination of ETO-building testing and delivery to the customers in time
- Introduction of the approved specification into production
- Close contact to AE/KAM team and regular information exchange about all projects / target approvals
- Consulting of the customers in all technical questions incl. travel
- Constant alignment of obtained test results with customer requirements (product requirement specifications)
- Support of serial production of OE bound tire specifications by taking action in case of production or quality issues
- Participate in tire line OE technology projects participate and lead target approval projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above (Engineering Math- or Natural science)
- Tire development or tire manufacturing / engineering experience
- Experience in OEM projects
- Capability to work in an multicultural environment and communicate effectively with colleagues worldwide (fluent in English Japanese is a plus)
