Required Skills
- Generate new business / logos
- Create a promising sales funnel
- Engage with all the clients existing and in pipeline
- Identify the hiring needs of the client and and coordinate with the delivery team
- Analyse the market trends and strategize the market penetration
- Well aware of the US job market and different industries
- Prepare proposals in conjunction with the operations team
- Focus on client retention
- Facilitate negotiations for contracts and salaries of consultants
- Primarily adopt and implement ROI by defining goals and objectives
Pre-requisites:
- Proven experience in business development
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Domain knowledge of non-IT staffing
- Proven record of quantifiable client acquisitions
- Excellent knowledge on US markets and sourcing platforms
- Attention to detail
