The Continuous Improvement (CIP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement effort in a Shared Business Service Regional Center in Sofia.
Working hand in hand with Regional Managers the Continuous Improvement analyst spread continuous improvement culture in the Mini-Business Teams by applying the corporate framework.
The successful candidate will be a self-reliant with knowledge on Business Process Transformation and he/she is comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve business processes.
Conduct root cause analyses to propose solutions highlighting improvement opportunities.
Perform process mapping identifying AS IS and designing the TO BE structure.
Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Manage strategic improvement projects ensuring end-to-end delivery and full documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Act as an interface between internal clients and SBS.
Qualifications :
Experience and skills required
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio / Bizagi).
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen)
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate / Power BI) is an advantage
Experience in Shared Services (SSC / GBS) is an advantage
Fluency in English
