Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service Were looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and lead our front office in a vibrant guest-focused environment! As a key leader at the front desk youll help guide the team ensure smooth daily operations and support a warm and professional guest experience.
Lead and support front desk agents during daily operations ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Assist with training coaching and developing team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism care and quick problem-solving.
Oversee check-ins check-outs room assignments and billing accuracy.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor front desk workflow staffing levels and daily reports to support efficient operations.
Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk environment while modeling excellent customer service.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
Knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations
Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
Additional language ability preferred
CPR and first aid training preferred
