Our client is in need of two recruiters to recruit for roles such as: event managers and project managers for events. Our Client provides world-class event delivery creative development and technical production for a wide range of clients and international brands. This role will require being on-site one day a week in the NYC office.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of recruiting experience specifically in hiring event managers and project managers
- Must live in the NYC area and be able to come on-site one day a week
- Proven track record of successful placements in the events industry
- Knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
