Are you ready to achieve great things with us As an Electrical Engineer Technician you will support the electrical production engineering team by assisting with documentation troubleshooting and maintaining accuracy in electrical drawings and schematics. This role focuses on ensuring production-friendly electrical documentation and quality standards while providing technical support to the production floor. Hands-on work with wiring and harnesses is a plus. Key Activities - Assist in creating updating and troubleshooting electrical schematics and function overviews using E-CAD tools (e.g. E3 Ruplan).
- Support engineers in preparing and optimizing production documentation including wiring diagrams terminal diagrams and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks and testing of electrical components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Work within PLM and ERP systems (e.g. Teamcenter) to manage engineering data and workflows.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve electrical documentation issues and provide technical support.
- Participate in change management processes and ensure accurate updates to electrical documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications - Associates degree in an engineering field (electrical preferred).
- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or electrical environment.
- Familiarity with electrical schematic software (E3 Ruplan) and proficiency in Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Teamcenter) preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Electrical certifications and CAD/E-CAD proficiency are a plus.
