Are you a strong sales closer who can also run high-quality profitable restoration projects ServiceMaster is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead mitigation jobs from initial customer contact through final completiondelivering exceptional service while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
- Confident closer with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects profitably.
- Proficient with MS Office CRM platforms and estimating software.
- Restoration construction or insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Committed to continued training certifications and professional development.
- Base Salary Strong Monthly Commission
- Earning Potential: Over $100000 annually for top performers
