Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

• Academic Background: Degree in IT Communication Industrial Management Management or related field;
• Agile Passion: Strong desire to learn Scrum Kanban and develop an Agile Mindset;
• Communication Aptitude: Eagerness to develop strong oral and written communication moderation and facilitation skills. Newsletter interest is a plus;
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written);
• Tool Interest: Eagerness to learn Jira Confluence Miro PowerBI and SharePoint.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive critical thinker eager to learn dynamic team player always seeking improvements;
• Transformation Mindset: Genuine interest in organizational agile transformation cross-topic support and championing agile principles.
