Job Summary

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with critical business objectives.
  • Provide authoritative leadership to the marketing team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Establish and manage annual marketing budgets with stringent ROI tracking on all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities for brand expansion and business growth.
  • Oversee and safeguard brand positioning identity and messaging across all channels to maintain brand integrity.
  • Enforce strict adherence to visual and communication standards to preserve brand consistency.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance brand equity and positively influence customer perception.
  • Direct and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content creation.
  • Strategically enhance online presence and maximize lead generation through digital platforms.
  • Orchestrate media relations PR activities and corporate communications to maintain the companys public image.
  • Ensure precise and timely internal and external communications to maintain organizational alignment.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Conceptualize develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Rigorously evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations for maximum impact.
  • Orchestrate product launches events and promotional activities with meticulous attention to detail.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Meticulously monitor brand performance and deliver regular in-depth reports to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage in high-level collaboration with Sales Operations and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives are precisely aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Drive revenue generation by ensuring marketing initiatives effectively convert leads and significantly enhance customer engagement.
