Contract Expert- System

As part of AECOMs Transit & Rail business the Contract Expert Systems supports the full lifecycle of contract management for metro system projects including signaling rolling stock power supply telecommunications and track systems. The role ensures that contracts are effectively drafted negotiated and executed while maintaining compliance with legal regulatory and project-specific requirements. Based in-house with periodic site visits you will interface daily with engineering procurement project management and construction teams to ensure contractual obligations align with project goals and timelines.

Job Duties:

• Develop review and negotiate contracts for metro system components ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize contract terms conditions and deliverables.
• Monitor contract performance ensuring adherence to agreed timelines budgets and specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts amendments and correspondence for audit and compliance purposes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with metro system contracts including delays cost overruns and disputes.
• Proactively address potential issues through effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters with clients vendors and subcontractors.
• Facilitate coordination between engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering ( Electrical Mechanical or Systems Engineering). A Masters degree in Contract Management Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

10 years of total professional experience with a strong focus on contract management.
