Job Summary
As a Care Professional youll play a vital part in your clients daily routines. From offering practical help with personal care and preparing wholesome meals to sharing conversation and supporting clients in their community youll help create a warm reassuring environment throughout the winter and beyond.
- Support clients with daily routines (personal care and medication reminders)
- Prepare wholesome meals and warming drinks tailored to preferences
- Share meaningful conversation and enjoyable activities to brighten their day
- Carry out light housekeeping to maintain a safe comfortable home
- Offer companionship encouragement and assistance with outings
- Run essential errands when required
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- A naturally kind patient and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and excellent time management
- Attention to detail when following care plans
- A willingness to learn and grow no prior experience required
- Reliable transportation for client visits
