Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group production lines ensuring they reach volume quality and cost goals. 负责指导班组生产线的生产操作确保达到产量质量和成本目标

Your key responsibilities主要职责:

Supplier and Internal Quality Management and Manufacturing Supervision供应商与过程质量管理

• Conduct on-site audits process surveillance and technical guidance at suppliers for processes including fabrication machining painting and assembly.

           对供应商的制造过程包括铆焊机加工喷涂和组装进行现场审核过程监控与技术指导

• Possess specialized knowledge in welding including the ability to review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)/Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) monitor welder qualifications and professionally assess welding quality.

           运用焊接专业知识审核焊接工艺评定WPS/PQR监督焊工资质并对焊接质量进行专业评估

• Be familiar with conventional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (e.g. UT MT PT RT) and able to supervise and verify the compliance and effectiveness of suppliers NDT operations.

         熟悉常规无损检测NDT方法如UTMTPTRT能够监督并验证供应商的NDT操作符合规范且有效

• Be proficient in painting/coating quality control able to inspect surface preparation (cleaning roughness) coating thickness adhesion etc. according to technical specifications (e.g. ISO 12944). Possession of international coating inspector certifications (e.g. NACE CIP FROSIO) is a significant advantage.

• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles at supplier sites identifying and eliminating waste in production processes and assisting in process optimization to improve quality and efficiency.

Customer Complaint and Claim Management客户投诉与索赔处理

• Take ownership of customer complaint handling and the subsequent supplier claim process.

          全面负责处理客户投诉及后续的供应商索赔流程

• Lead or participate in root cause analysis for internal and external quality issues utilizing tools like 8D and 5Why. Develop and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

         主导内外部质量问题的根本原因分析运用8D5Why等工具制定实施并验证纠正与预防措施的有效性

Inspection Documentation and Release检验文件与放行

• Be responsible for the goods receipt inspection process in SAP making conformity decisions for critical components especially welded structures and painted items.

          负责SAP系统中的收货检查流程对来料的关键部件特别是焊接结构件和涂装件进行符合性判定

• Be responsible for reviewing approving and maintaining all types of quality documentation including but not limited to supplier material certificates welding records dimension control records NDT reports painting inspection reports and final inspection reports ensuring they are complete accurate and meet project requirements.

         审核批准并维护各类质量文件如材质证书焊接记录尺寸记录报告NDT报告检验报告等确保其完整准确并符合项目要求

Continuous Improvement and Project Management持续改进与项目汇报

• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects utilizing Lean tools and quality tools to reduce defect rates and quality costs.

           主导或参与质量改进项目运用精益工具和质量工具降低缺陷率与质量成本

• Track and analyze quality cost data and report on project manufacturing status quality status documentation status and improvement achievements to management.

            跟踪分析质量成本数据并向管理层汇报项目制造进度质量状况及改进成果

• Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.

Qualifications :

Education学历与专业

• Bachelors degree or above in Welding Technology and Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Corrosion and Protection or a related engineering field.

          本科及以上学历焊接技术与工程机械工程材料科学与工程腐蚀与防护等相关专业

Experience工作经验

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in welding and painting quality management within the heavy machinery steel structure or related industries.

          2年以上重型机械钢结构或相关行业的焊接与涂装质量管理经验

• Proven experience in supplier quality management with the capability to independently resolve complex quality issues related to welding painting and structures.

           具备丰富的供应商质量管理经验能独立解决复杂的焊接涂装及结构件质量问题

Knowledge and Skills知识与技能

• In-depth knowledge of welding processes and quality assessment familiar with international welding standards (e.g. AWS D1.1 ISO 5817). Possession of an International Welding Engineer (IWE/IIW) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certificate is preferred.

          精通焊接工艺与质量评估熟悉国际焊接标准如AWS D1.1 ISO 5817持有国际焊接工程师IWE/IIW或焊接检验师CWI证书者优先

• Familiar with the principles application and interpretation of conventional NDT methods. Possession of NDT Level II or higher certification (e.g. in UT MT RT) is a strong plus.

           熟悉常规无损检测NDT方法持有NDT如UT MT二级及以上证书者优先

• Proficient in painting/coating inspection technology and standards. Holding NACE CIP FROSIO or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

         精通涂装检验技术与标准持有NACE CIPFROSIO或同级证书者极具优势

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is highly desirable.

          掌握精益生产和六西格玛工具者优先

• Proficient in quality core tools (8D FMEA Control Plan).

          精通质量核心工具如8D FMEA 控制计划

• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

         出色的机械图纸识读能力熟悉几何尺寸与公差

• Experience with SAP QM module is preferred.

         能熟练使用SAP QM模块者优先
