In this casual role based in Epworth Geelong you will be part of the Administration team and be responsible for the front-of-office administration processes in Hospital Reception. You will be working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team reporting to the Patient Centre Services Manager.
The reception operates Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 8.30pm. Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

You will make an impact by:
- Assisting patients visitors staff and medical specialists with enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service when working in the main reception
- Completing other activities in support of the administration department as required
To be successful in this role
You will be a dynamic customer service orientated receptionist who takes pride and ownership in their work. Your professionalism ability to embrace flexibility and work in a changing environment will see you settle into your new role well. You care about the way you make people feel and want the hospital experience to be special for the patient family medical team and your work colleagues alike.
You will have:
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both in person written and on the telephone
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders from a variety of diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise
- Ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast-paced and demanding environment
