施設設備のオペレーションを行う
設備の運転状態について点検記録を行う
稼働状況を見ながら調整作業や設備切替え操作を行い適切な運転状態を維持する
設備故障やユーティリティトラブル事象に対し初動対応を行い影響最小化に努め関係者への連絡処置依頼を行うまたオペレーション業務の改善や安全環境品質を始めとするマネジメントシステムを順守し実践する
関連するリスク低減を図り災害事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作ることが主な責務である

必須要件

① 機械設備の一般的な知識回転機器材料図面の読み方他

又は電気設備の一般的な知識交流直流抵抗計測方法他を有する

実務経験は問いません

② エクセルパワーポイントワード等を含む基本的なPCスキル
③ Facility関連する基本的な公的資格取得者又は今後の取得に向けて意欲のある方

④日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル must have Japanese skill

推奨要件
設備全般の知識基本的な知識があれば望ましい
