What youll create and accomplish

• Design and advise user-centered role concepts workplaces and UX solutions during our customers SAP implementations with the special focus on SAP Fiori adoption.
• Guide modelling optimizing and automation of end-to-end processes using SAP Signavio and a the SAP Integrated Toolchain with SAPs most important customers.
• Collaborate with global SAP teams to ensure consistent scalable transformation outcomes.
  

How youll drive business results and improve the customer experience

• Increase user adoption and reduce support effort by delivering intuitive SAP Fiori interfaces and clear role definitions.
• Strengthen customer relationship by providing reliable enterprise-grade transformation guidance in the area of User Experience.
  

Problems youll solve and opportunities youll pursue

• Eliminate fragmented role/UX configurations and manual process silos that hinder efficiency.
• Boost adoption efficiency by clear technical guidance and best-practice governance models for SAP S/4HANA implementations with SAP Fiori.
• Scale best practices across global teams and share customer feedback to increase modern UX adoption that unlocks measurable business value.

What you bring:

• Degree in computer science physics mathematics engineering or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD) or equivalent practical experience.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to quality and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills constructive transparent and customer-facing; fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning; quick to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Basic programming ability in at least one language (e.g. JavaScript Python ABAP).
