What youll do
- Support risk assessments and vendor due diligence efforts
- Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with Best Buy standards
- Analyze risk-related data and identify control gaps
- Create and maintain team documentation
- Provide operational support and contribute to strategic projects
Basic qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
- 6 months of experience applying basic risk management principles
- 1 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- 1 years of experience working in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology Business or related field
- 1 years of experience in auditing or consulting with third-party risk assessment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST ISO PCI DSS)
- Industry certifications such as Security CISSP or CISA
