MARKETING MANAGER AMS HUB (Maternity Leave Cover 8.5 Months)
AMSTERDAM
The Amsterdam Marketing Hub organization manages Coty Luxurys full brand portfolio of more than 20 Fragrance Skincare and Make-up brands across over 40 markets in EMEA. This role oversees operations directly within the Benelux and manages a network of more than 20 independent distributors (DSRs) and 3 e-commerce pure players. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketers and together with our colleagues from the broader organization we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with over 350 million consumers.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our AMS Hub. This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover for 8.5 months starting February 15th responsible for managing the brands Chloé Fragrances Burberry Fragrances and Tiffany.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving the sustainable growth of our luxury brands across 40 EMEA markets with direct responsibility for operations in the Benelux. You will collaborate closely with distributor partners e-commerce pure players and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful strategies that strengthen brand equity and accelerate business performance.
Your main focus:
Brand & Portfolio Strategy:
- Localize and deploy the marketing strategy in line with global guidelines and local business objectives to the Benelux distributors and eComm partners.
- Own and deliver a flawless execution of marketing initiatives and elevate brand presence across all touchpoints.
Campaign Execution & Channel Activation:
- Guide and work closely with other marketing functions (e.g. Media IM and Training) to activate the brands through winning go-to-market strategies and equity-building activations.
- Collaborate with commercial teams (trade and sales) to ensure full-funnel execution and aligned messaging.
P&L and Performance Management:
- Track brand performance including sell-in/sell-out rankings and ROI.
- Owner of brand P&L and marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and business impact.
Collaboration:
- Act as the key point of contact with our partners in the Benelux distributors pure players and global brand teams or external stakeholders.

Other than that you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or commercial marketing in the beauty or lifestyle industry with at least 2 years in one core category such as fragrances skin care or make-up with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Proven track record in building and executing 360 campaigns across media retail influencer and digital platforms driving both equity and performance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders cross-functional projects and external agencies.
- Analytical structured and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to manage priorities and business complexity across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
