This is a hybrid role. The Account Sales Team works from our Brighton office 3 days a week.

What youll be doing

In this role you will manage and nurture our existing client base while driving increased card spend among our SME customers. Youll engage primarily with SME owner-directors and finance managers demonstrating the value of our product and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend
  • Working towards and hitting targets of card spend
  • Making 25-30 calls a day

Were looking for

  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • A proven track record of working to KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated competitive spirit and a passion for driving results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings
