Jefferson Healthcare () is currently looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational this role youll oversee enterprise-wide projects ensuring seamless integration and execution of deliverables using proven project management frameworks.
As a key partner to clinical administrative and technical teams youll align projects with strategic goals define objectives develop actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations will be critical in fostering collaboration and driving transformation across the organization.

What you need:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Project Management Professional CAPM or related certificate required
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (Asana Smartsheet MS Project etc.) required
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in an organization preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience or Education of Lean Six Sigma Prosci etc. preferred
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Day Shift (0800-1630);
This position is Hybrid with some work-from-home flexibility.
This is a full-time exempt position and will remain open until filled.
