We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Regulatory Compliance to lead the divisions compliance activities with federal regulations government audit requirements and cost accounting standards. This senior leader will drive compliance excellence across the organization oversee interactions with federal oversight agencies and ensure our policies practices and submissions uphold the highest standards of regulatory integrity.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned government contracting expert with extensive experience managing CAS FAR DCMA/DCAA audits cost structures and rate negotiations for large organizations. The role will serve as a liaison with division senior executive leadership and represent the division in coordination with the corporate government compliance team.

Location: This position may be based in the DC Metro area or Virginia Beach VA.
