Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Supervise and provide guidance to care aides.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in British Columbia.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
