Lead with Purpose and Drive Excellence

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to join our growing team! This role is crucial in overseeing the total operations of an assisted living facility ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Success in this position requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Your Impact as an Executive Director

In this role you will:

  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee facility operations in alignment with local state and federal regulations.

  • Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce company policies and develop facility-specific guidelines in accordance with all regulations.

  • Maintain Resident Assessments: Manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation.

  • Recruit and Retain Staff: Hire orient and support a high-performing team.

  • Manage Business Operations: Supervise admissions accounts payable/receivable ancillaries and payroll to ensure operational accuracy.

  • Promote Facility Services: Support marketing efforts and represent the facility with community partners.

  • Foster a Collaborative Team: Create a culture of accountability and efficiency.

  • Process Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate payroll submission.

  • Assist with Communications: Answer phones and assist with inquiries as needed.

  • Address Concerns: Respond to issues raised by residents families visitors and staff.

  • Coordinate Admissions: Oversee the intake and onboarding process for new residents.

  • Develop Staff: Lead ongoing training and professional development.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the facility.
