Our growing private MD/OD practice in Morgantown WV is seeking a talented and motivated Optometrist to join our team.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in a collaborative environment.

With direct mentorship from our on-site Ophthalmologist this role is perfect for both experienced ODs and new graduates looking to launch a successful career.

You will work alongside an experienced Ophthalmologist gaining valuable mentorship in new technologies and advanced clinical techniques while delivering a high level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams including routine and medical eye care.

• Diagnose treat and manage a full range of ocular diseases such as glaucoma diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

• Prescribe corrective lenses contact lenses and other vision aids.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various eye conditions.

• Co-manage pre- and post-operative surgical patients.

• Educate patients on their eye health preventative care and treatment options.

• Collaborate with our expert Optician to ensure patients receive top-tier eyewear solutions from our boutique optical.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice optometry in West Virginia.

• A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and technologically advanced practice.

• Both established Optometrists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
