Job description
We seek Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) who are interested in joining our team for the weekend shift only.Winter Growth is a small 16-bed assisted living home that supports staff and their families. Our staff enjoy a secure supportive workplace competitive salary and exceptional benefits.
Support seniors to live better lives by:
- Assisting seniors with Activities of Daily Living
- Administering medications
- Creating a home atmosphere along with other teammates
- Providing companionship and comfort to our seniors
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation

What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or GED is a plus
- Prefer current certification as a CNA
- Active CMT license
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Long Term Care OR recent CNA course
- A passion for enhancing the lives of seniors
