Job Summary
Our client is dedicated in providing first class services across the UK.
Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
Join a permanent full-time position in Central London carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance including carpentry tiling and repairs to doors windows and locking systems
- Install and repair guttering and drainpipe systems
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs
- Source and collect materials from local suppliers
- Oversee contractor work when required
- Support colleagues by covering absences and providing on-call assistance
- Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Strong practical skills and good numeracy for measurements and calculations
Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in one or more building trades (carpentry plastering tiling)
- Basic understanding of current Building Regulations
