Job Summary

Position: Video Content Analyst

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review user reports regarding video content on a shopping platform
Review sensitive content sometimes involving disturbing subject matter
Remove inapproperiate content
Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/Fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Able to cover shift rotation (no night shifts!)
Tolerance sensitive content
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
No previous experience in contact center required

Shifts on weekly rotation on Sunday 09 AM- 6 PM. 40 hours work per week
