About the role

We have a permanent full-time Senior Operations Assistant position.

This is not your typical paper-pushing gig. This is the kind of role where you come in roll up your sleeves and truly make it your own!

This role is approximately 90% admin but with plenty of variety and impact!

The preferred location for this role is Bridgetown however also suitable for consideration is Manjimup.

You will support operations across Nannup Pemberton Manjimup Bridgetown Boyup Brook Balingup Kirup Hester and everywhere in between.

The region is high complexity big impact and full of interesting work. No two days looks the same.

Focus Areas & Responsibilities

Safety First

  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies.
  • Identify and report hazards promptly.

Procurement & Inventory

  • Purchase goods and services using E-Procurement.
  • Manage receipt of goods and oversee minor depot contracts.
  • Maintain district store inventory monitor stock levels and assist with audits and stocktakes.
  • Prepare replenishment packs for mobile stores.

Planning & Support

  • Provide short-term relief during busy periods (e.g. answering calls dispatching crews).
  • Attend planning meetings and manage action logs.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily performance reports and KPI trend reports for managers.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and customer charter requirements.

IT & System Support

  • Provide basic support for systems like SAP Fieldworks Grange Lite Spatial Site Safe and NetMaps.
  • Create or update work orders as directed.

Financial & Invoice Management

  • Support timely and accurate invoice processing and cost allocation.
  • Submit ad hoc payments when required.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer and operational enquiries via phone and direct appropriately.

Ideally you will possess

A valid drivers licence

High Risk Licence - Forklift licence (or willingness to attain)

Ability to travel throughout the district roughly once a fortnight

Bonus if you have considerable experience in service delivery support or operational support roles

Bonus if you already have administration business or customer service support background
