Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What we do:

This position serves as a critical link betweenlogisticsoperations andprocurementfunctions ensuring seamless supply chain performance. The role is designed tooptimizeprocurement strategies manage global transportation andmaintaininventory accuracy while fostering supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies. The incumbent will lead cross-functional initiatives to support production schedules testing and certification milestones.

What you can do:

Logistics & Operations:

• Oversee andmaintaina team capable ofachieving throughput and quality that pushes beyond the standard
• Direct and oversee international and domestic transportation strategies to ensure timely and damage-free delivery of critical components
• Develop and implement best practices for shipping inventory control and warehouse management to align with supporting prototype andproduction programs
• Proactively identifyschedule risks andestablishmitigation plans to preventand minimizeoperational disruptions
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory accuracy and optimize storage solutions
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with carriers and third-party logisticsproviders to achieve cost and serviceobjectives
• Coordinate product transitions from integration facilities to testing environments ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Facilitate Kaizen and Lean events to standardize business practices improve operational efficiency and reduce waste across procurement and logistics processes

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

• Lead procurement activities including RFI/RFP processes supplierselection and performance evaluations
• Develop category strategies that align with organizational goals and product development timelines
• Negotiate complex contractual agreements pricing structures and service-level commitments
• Establish andmaintainstrategic supplier partnershipsand QBRs to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Monitor supplier performance metrics including quality delivery and financial stability
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure sourcing decisions support technicalschedule requirementsand cost
• Collaborate with Finance and ERP teams to create and adopt Procure to Pay process that operates inside ERP system without third party systems

What you can contribute:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or related discipline is
• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience inlogistics and strategic sourcing within advanced technology or mobility sectors
• Ability to performandoperateindependently in areas of high ambiguity
• Experience managing teams and providing daily supervision and support
• Experience inmanaging contracts throughfulllife cycle and requirements
• Proven track record in managing global supply chains and negotiating high-value contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP pivot tables)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex supplier relationships
• Ability to travel up to 10%

You may also be able to contribute:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Siemens PLM tools is highly desirable
