Job Summary
The Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics Registered Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned obstetrics patients. S/he carries out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice medical direction and hospital policies procedures and standards. Candidate will be cross trained in all aspects of obstetrical care within the Birthing Suite. You will work alongside a well established OB/GYN and pediatric group in a collaborative team environment and will assess plan organize supervise provide and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing Experience a MUST! AWHONN Required8 Bed UnitRatio - 1:1 (active labor)1:2/3 for Mother/BabyNO OR/C-Section knowledge required
