Zakres obowiązków:

• Import i księgowanie wyciągów bankowych (kosztowych).
• Kontrola sald na kontach rachunków bankowych (kosztowych).
• Wykonanie rozrachunków na kontach dostawców.
• Kontrola sald i rozrachunki na kontach środków pieniężnych w drodze.
• Wykonanie wyceny rozchodu środków pieniężnych metodą FIFO.
• Rejestracja faktur zakupowych w systemie Workflow.
• Kontrola finansowa faktur zakupowych w systemie Workflow.
• Wsparcie w obsłudze komunikatów wywozowych.
  

Wymagania dla stanowiska:

• Minimum 6 miesięcy doświadczenia w działach księgowości lub finansów (np. w obszarze AP/AR księgi głównej rozrachunków banków).
• Praktyczna znajomość podstaw księgowości i rozumienie obiegu dokumentów finansowych.
  
• Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami finansowoksięgowymi (mile widziane praca z modułami Workflow e-fakturami lub systemami ERP).
• Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy rzetelność oraz samodzielność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań.
• Rozwinięta umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów i poszukiwania usprawnień w procesach.
• Komunikatywność oraz gotowość do współpracy z innymi działami i wspierania zespołu.
• Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office szczególnie Excel (tabele przestawne podstawowe funkcje analityczne).
• Mile widziana znajomość zagadnień związanych z: wyciągami bankowymi rozrachunkami z dostawcami kontrolą sald kont pieniężnych FIFO dla środków pieniężnych.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1 / B2 pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację.
