Job Summary:
Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Customer Marketing Team.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to manage two of our most important major customers and develop tailored marketing solutions.
Create compelling presentations for key accounts incorporating market analyses and study results and present them professionally.
Develop annual joint business plans in close coordination with our partners oversee the implementation of agreed measures and assume budget responsibility for your area.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Lead Key Account Manager prioritizing projects and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Contribute actively to the leadership circle for the DACH market and guide the strategic direction of your team.
Work on international projects as part of your daily responsibilities collaborating closely with English-speaking colleagues.
Develop creative initiatives to strengthen the contact lens category in everyday optical practice.
Serve as the Insights Champion analysing market and consumer data deriving actionable recommendations and ensuring all relevant functions are informed.
Coordinate collaboration with external agencies and partners to successfully deliver projects.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Completed Masters degree/ Diploma in marketing business administration or a related field
Several years of practical experience in B2B and B2C marketing brand marketing or product management
Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing and motivating a team
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop compelling commercial arguments and category stories as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity and customer focus with experience in POS and digital strategies within 360 campaigns
Experience in FMCG or consumer health is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
Passion for contact lenses
