Essential Experience
10-15 years in biologics manufacturing supply chain or strategic operations roles
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
Expertise in biologics drug substance manufacturing processes and technologies
Strong background in supply chain design capacity planning and network optimization
Experience in pharmaceutical product development processes and regulatory environments
Core Competencies
Strategic thinking: Scenario planning long-range strategy development and complex problem-solving
Financial acumen: Business case development capital allocation and P&L impact assessment
Leadership: Matrix team management stakeholder influence and change management
Communication: Executive-level presentation skills and ability to articulate complex strategies

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $167251 to $250876 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs paid time off (i.e. vacation holiday and leaves) as well as health dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
