Role Purpose:
Assist Production Manager in achieving Production target Production quality Operational cost effectiveness and productivity.
Role Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
- Monitor and master-listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
- Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issue.
- Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output eg. Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan.
- Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
- Lead Production department in achieving Cx ISO & EH&S requirements.
- Monitor & control the Fixed Assets list in Production department.
- Monitor Production SOE in term of indirect material ordering & replenishment.
- Refer to ANNEX attached for EH&S responsibilities.
- To lead/participate in companys activities such as Cx EH&S Kaizen Events etc.
- To perform tasks deem suitable and assigned by superiors.
- To plan & approve leaves for bargainable workers under his care.
Minimum Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:
- Technical Education background
- 1-3 years of experience in production
