Your Tasks
- Research data analysis concept development and support theimplementation in the area of global talent management e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment
- Design development and support the implementation of training guidelines and supporting materials for employees the HR community and managers
- Management of internal digital platforms including Sharepoint
- Be part of the team and have fun
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in the fields of economics psychology communication sciencesor similar
- Properly enrolled during the entire internship or gap year
- Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
- Analytical strength high level of motivation high learning ability and positive attitude to make the internship engaging & enjoyable
- Accuracy and precision
- Good communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at high hierarchical levels and to work collaboratively within the Talent Management & Learning Team
- Very good command of English (written & verbal)
