Position Overview

The General Support Administrator provides quality service to internal members and contributes to the success of StellerVista through the achievement of department service goals. This position also provides coverage to the Administration and Accounting departments on a rotational basis. Coverage provided consists of performing key activities on each position of the two departments and will vary during peak workload periods and vacation coverage.

(This position is a bargaining unit position)

Schedule Description

Permanent Full-Time 37 Hours per week

Monday: 8:15am - 3:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Note: These hours may be altered due to operational requirements.

Wage scale: $27.92 - $32.82 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 18 months experience in a member or financial services position from a financial institution

OR

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
