YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator works full- or part-time from 8:00 am - 5:15 pm Monday Wednesday and 7:00 am 4:00 pm on Thursday.

YOUR DAY

As a full- or part-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator you serve as a bridge between our patients and our practice and you represent our dedication to providing top-quality dentistry services. With a positive professional attitude you foster patient relationships and support our doctor in effectively serving their needs. You warmly greet new patients as they arrive for their initial exams answer any questions and ease any concerns they may have.

Once the exam is over you review treatment fees explain our records procedures and encourage the patient to follow through with the treatment plan. You listen to their expectations foster trust in our practice and convert new patients into lifelong clients. Your ability to cultivate relationships with patients and other dentistry professionals plays a crucial part in our offices continued growth and success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2 years of experience in the dentistry field or 2 years of experience in sales

Orthodontics experience would be preferred but we will train the right candidate to excel in this role! If youre highly communicative and can build rapport with patients and families we want to hear from you.
