Job Summary

Responsible to manage the medical clinic operations and support staff for the Endocrinology service line meeting continuous performance improvement customer service financial and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Childrens mission vision and conjunction with the Clinic Chiefs and Directors and other managers/supervisors on the Ambulatory Services leadership team is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for the medical clinics and Ambulatory Services. Direct reports include RNs Medical Assistants and Patient Service Coordinators.

Relocation assistance offered to qualifying external candidates.

Required Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of degree in Nursing.A Masters degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelors degree in another of two years of nursing leadership experience.

Required Credentials
Current Washington State RN certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of BLS for Healthcare per the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for RNs performing moderately complex point of care testing a copy of a diploma or transcript of the highest level of academic achievement to be on record with Human Resources upon personnel trained outside of the U.S. records of diploma/transcript must provide documented equivalency evaluation by a foreign credentialing agency.A copy of Bachelors degree in Nursing or transcripts indicating attainment of Bachelors degree (or higher) in nursing is to be on record with Human Resources upon hire.

Preferred
Masters Degree in Nursing or business related clinical experience in a pediatric ambulatory experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.

Compensation Range

$129992.00 - $194988.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
