A highly regarded hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead its Medical Surgical Unit specializing in Neuro and Stroke care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hospital known for clinical excellence compassionate care and a culture of collaboration.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the unit ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality and cost-effective patient care. You will play a key role in fostering staff engagement promoting clinical best practices and driving performance improvement initiatives that support the hospitals mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the Neuro/Stroke Med-Surg unit.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows optimize staffing and enhance patient flow and satisfaction.
Recruit mentor and develop nursing staff promoting professional growth and excellence in practice.
Implement evidence-based performance improvement and quality initiatives.
Develop manage and monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Active RN license.
Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience required.
At least 1 year of nursing leadership or management experience required.

Full-time permanent position
Schedule: Full-time 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
