Job Summary
Responsible for the safe timely and professional transportation of customers to and from the dealership/service center ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining the companys image and shuttle vehicle cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Transport:Drive customers to their homes workplaces or other designated locations within a set radius.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly provide a comfortable ride and act as a brand ambassador.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Keep the shuttle clean inside and out; report any mechanical issues low fuel or damage to management immediately.
- Route Management:Efficiently plan routes use GPS and adapt to traffic/road closures for timely pickups/drop-offs.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere strictly to all traffic laws company policies and defensive driving practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License & Clean Driving Record
- Proven driving experience preferably in a shuttle or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of local roads traffic patterns and GPS usage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
