Responsibilities
What Youll Do
As an Energy Sales Advisor youll be on the front lines of our mission:
Connect with homeowners and introduce renewable energy solutions
Clearly explain how switching to clean energy benefits their home and their community
Guide customers through a smooth stress-free enrollment process
Build confidence and expertise through daily training coaching and mentorship
Set goals hit targets and celebrate your wins
Show up with professionalism energy and leadership

WedFri: 9:00am5:00pm
SatSun: 11:00am6:00pm
Qualifications
Compensation & Perks
$35000$95000 in first-year earnings (base pay commission weekly bonuses)
Promotion to Team Leader in as little as 90 days
