Senior Software Architect - OTJob Description
Responsibilities
- You play a key role in designing and implementing cybersecurity concepts in the Storage domain.
- You advise and support our teams in developing and implementing cybersecurity concepts for IT and OT environments.
- You foster a security culture where security-by-design is embedded from the very beginning of the development process.
- You analyze review and validate our products for potential vulnerabilities and identify optimization opportunities through security assessments.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams you ensure security measures are considered and correctly implemented in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- You create and maintain documentation related to the security features and protocols of our products.
- You support the teams in defining and executing tests to verify the effectiveness of implemented security measures.
- You continuously monitor our products for potential security incidents and develop appropriate response protocols.
- You stay up to date with current trends and threats in cybersecurity and proactively contribute this knowledge to our security strategy.
- You collaborate closely with internal and external cybersecurity specialists to ensure a comprehensive and holistic security approach.
What Do We Ask From You
- Relevant professional experience focusing on software applications cybersecurity risk management and compliance with a strong emphasis on IT. Experience in OT would be a plus.
- A strong understanding of current security technologies and governance processes.
- Solid knowledge of security architectures encryption technologies and security standards (IEC 62443 NIST ISO 27000 series).
- A strong understanding of secure software design architectural methods and best practices such as OWASP enabling you to support developers in identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities.
- Good communication skills in both German and English enabling you to convey complex security concepts to various target audiences effectively.
- A proactive and independent working style.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. to our headquarters in Veghel Netherlands).
