Job Summary

We are hiring Solar Sales & BDM for our company for Riyadh location. We are looking for someone who as minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.


- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within assigned markets

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across residential commercial and industrial segments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders

- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs

- Lead negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed targets

- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy


Requirements

- Proven track record in sales business development or account management mandatory in the solar or renewable energy sector

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar industry is required

- Strong understanding of solar components and system configurations (On-Grid Off-Grid and PV-Diesel Hybrid)

- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends

- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction

- Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings


Note: We are looking for someone who has experience in Solar Industry only.
