Your Role: Learn Lead & Grow

As a Store Manager in Training youll work closely with your Store Manager and Regional Manager to develop the skills needed to confidently run a Lovisa store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs to drive overall store performance.

• Contribute to daily operations while ensuring stock is impeccably presented and well managed.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities.
