Job Summary
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Company-wide development of a comprehensive target vision for IAM and PAM to unify consolidate and define access management processes.
Conceptual development optimization and automation of access management as well as the development of standards in the IAM and PAM environment.
Working closely in the SAP Identity and Access Management space.
Supporting the ongoing improvement of SAPs corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes.
Support in integrating IAM and PAM systems into existing IT landscapes (e.g. Active Directory cloud platforms like Azure AD)
Advising users role owners and managers on technical and procedural issues as well as coordinating and further developing relevant processes in the IAM/PAM context.
Security Policies & Compliance: Support in the development and creation of concepts as well as documentation based on regulatory requirements and the definition of critical permissions
Developing and maintaining the SAPs Corporate Identity and Access Management Strategy.
Helping to ensure the business is well-prepared to embrace modern working methods such as modern authentication Zero Trust and cloud computing.
Supporting internal and external regulatory audits including ensuring the completion of measures.
Your profile:
At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Basic understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 270xx
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical IT staff.
Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze challenges and formulate solution proposals.
Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English is required
Certifications like CISSP CCSP or relevant SANS certifications is a plus
